Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

METTA 10 offers standard shipping on all orders to any destination within the United States via either USPS or UPS. Orders ship from Westport, Connecticut. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Delivery time depends on where the order is being shipped to but in general, can take up to 7 business days.
We offer free shipping on all orders above USD$250.00 (before shipping and taxes are added) within the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories are not eligible for free shipping.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@metta10.com. You can return any new, undamaged items within 10 days of delivery. Please be sure to use the original packaging when returning your purchase so your return arrives back to us in new condition. You will be responsible for shipping returns back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for items lost in transit when making a return. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees may apply.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all purchases. We’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return. Sometimes it can up to 3 weeks to see the refund credit your account, depending on your bank and the form of payment used.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder. All of our products are unique and typically made in small lots, so we recommend checking our website before requesting an exchange to make sure the product you’d like is in stock.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at hello@metta10.com within 10 days of delivery (and be sure to include a photo). A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
